Welcome to OZ:
The OPTIMUM ZONE!

The OZ Cafe
About 91 percent of U.S. children have what is classified as a "poor" diet - heavy in simple carbs like desserts and sugary drinks. The American Heart Association recommends feedings kids a diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, fish and low in sodium and sugar. A Cleveland Clinic study found that obese children eating a low-fat, plant-based vegan diet for four weeks began lowering their risk of heart disease by improving their weight, blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol levels and insulin sensitivity.
In the Oz Cafe you will find a menu chock-full of yummy organic, GMO-free (as much as possible and to our knowledge), wholesome - and FUN - food and drinks brought to you by companies who truly care about your well-being.
We will soon be offering quality lunches and snacks - ORGANIC and GMO-FREE - to child care centers and schools!
