Childhood obesity is a serious, growing epidemic across the Commonwealth, and just about everywhere in our nation. Ironically, an untold amount of children in this country also go to bed hungry every night.  What are we missing?  At the Optimum Zone, we believe that education and opportunity are two key components to healthy living, so our goal is to provide those and more to our customers.

Whether you purchase a yearly membership to the Optimum Zone or pay per visit, you and your family will have access to a quality indoor recreation center and nutritious eatery, as well as classes and opportunties for optimum care, learning and growth.  Explore our website to learn more!
